 rst-served basis. Scholarship forms can be found at the bottom of the page
  under 'Related links.' Submitting a scholarship form counts as a registra
 tion. If awarded you will receive a confirmation email with registration i
 nstructions. To be eligible for future scholarships you must attend at lea
