SOAR Adaptive Swim & Picnic
Join us for Adaptive Swim Friday at Veterans Memorial Pool—an inclusive swim time for individuals with physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments to enjoy the water in a calm and welcoming environment.
Adaptive swim offers:
- Reduced stimulation (compared to Open Swim)
- Gentle, low-impact exercise
- Social opportunities with others who enjoy inclusive recreation
$7 Drop-In Admission (paid at the pool)

After swim, we’ll gather nearby for a picnic.
Please bring your own sack lunch and enjoy time with friends outdoors.
