Connect & Play
Join us for our very first Connect & Play (formerly Kids Playgroup): a program of the Walla Walla Valley Disability Network designed for kids under 12 with disabilities, their siblings, and their parents/caregivers.
For Parents: Take time to connect, recharge, and learn practical insights on the basics of IEPs - what they mean, how to navigate them, and tips to support your child’s learning journey. Parent-to-Parent Coordinator Geneva will guide this time of learning and connection.
For Kids: While parents are connecting, kids will be having a blast in the Evergreen Play Club - a bright, playful space filled with toys, imagination stations, and opportunities for fun. Kids will be cared for by SOAR Director Tash and our team of friendly, background-checked volunteers.
Connect & Play is all about bringing families together. Parents gain knowledge and insight while kids laugh, play, and explore. Don’t miss this chance to connect with other families and leave feeling encouraged and refreshed!
