Important Note: For this event, there will be limited volunteer coverage. Volunteers will provide group support but cannot guarantee one-on-one supervision. If your participant requires close supervision or has a history of elopement, we ask that a family member, caregiver, or respite provider attend alongside them to ensure their safety (a background check must be completed).
SOAR events are for individuals age 13 and older. Registration for each event closes the Sunday before the event at 6:00 pm.
Admission is $8 per person!
Join us for a refreshing and fun-filled day at Veterans Memorial Pool. We will start out at the adaptive swim and then go across the parking lot to have a relaxing picnic with friends! Participants can enjoy the water at their own pace and simply have fun with their friends. After swimming, we’ll gather together for a picnic to eat, socialize, and unwind. It’s a great opportunity to connect, enjoy the outdoors, and make lasting summer memories!
